Wish

For a night calm, Silence be melancholy chimes in a cricket's tune,
For a heart longing for a wishful plea, tremors of restless, a rhythm wished off too soon.
For a summer's day, happiness a fragrant breeze skimming the rhine,
For a heart wishing for a longing sigh, knowledge of enchanting, a gift treasured as divine!

A few lines

Strewn in struggles of an existence,
Have I, all but forgotten my life?
The sunset beaches and the bristling meadows,
The chirping birds and the seagulls calls,
The cooling seas and the soft grass on my feet,
When did the days become short so short,
That your loved ones wait for your kiss,
And you return home to plant one only on their sleeping cheeks,
Tired of waiting for you, wishing you would be back faster,
For a warm kiss, a loving embrace,
In all my vanity, the profanity of riches reeks the stink,
Keeping away the warm fragrance of love,
The simple pleasures of life, to smell a flower,
To kiss an angel, to cherish your young grow up seeing you.
